Over Home Alpacas is extremely proud to present our 2012 Color Champion, Durango's Legacy of Farback for your consideration. Legacy is the full Peruvian, 3/8 Accoyo son of Multiple Champion, Moon River's Durango, whose genetics can no longer be obtained in the states. Legacy is one of Durango's last offspring born in the USA. Legacy carries the same massive amount of fleece and high luster as his sire, Durango. Legacy's dam, Victoriana's Aviva, a full Peruvian 2003 Light Color Champion, also carries dense fleece and solid bone. Fittingly, Legacy is an extremely dense, high luster young herdsire obviously carrying the heralded qualities of his sire and dam. He has solid bone structure, great conformation and a definitively masculine head. His fiber presents with high luster and extreme density, but is still fine and a soft handle. Be one of the first to have his offspring in the show ring to carry on his "legacy" and elevate your farm status. Legacy is quite the "package"! He stamps that beautiful Durango head on most of his offsprings. Legacy now has 13 offspring! He has sired beige crias, medium & light fawn crias, a silver grey cria, a mahogany cria, a true black cria, and even a multi colored cria!! His 2013 offspring brought home ribbons at Nationals, MAPACA, and PAOBA show in 2014! He is consistently producing crias loaded with lock, luster, density, and correct conformation.
